Gold Gini Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct

Gold Gini provides sellers with access to a shared marketplace and selling infrastructure. Sellers must use the platform responsibly and must not negatively affect other sellers, customers, or Gold Gini's systems. Sellers must not: - Upload excessive or unnecessary amounts of data repeatedly. - Use automated systems that place unreasonable or excessive load on the platform. - Interfere with, disrupt, or manipulate Gold Gini's systems, services, listings, rankings, or marketplace operations. - Use platform features for purposes other than their intended business use. - Bypass Gold Gini's policies, security measures, or seller restrictions. Gold Gini may restrict, suspend, or block access to features, product uploads, feeds, or other selling functions if a seller misuses the platform or makes excessive or unreasonable use of its services.

Gold Gini is committed to maintaining a safe, reliable, and trustworthy marketplace. All sellers are expected to: - Honour their commitment to sell and fulfil orders accurately within the promised timeframe. - Keep business, contact, payment, tax, and other required information current and complete. - Provide truthful product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability. - Represent themselves and their business accurately. - Respect customers and other sellers and avoid abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour. - Follow applicable laws and regulations. - Use customer data only for legitimate order fulfilment and other purposes permitted by Gold Gini. - Ensure products listed and delivered match the information provided on the platform.

Gold Gini expects every seller to conduct business honestly, fairly, and professionally. 3.1 Maintain Accurate Information Sellers must provide accurate information about their business and identity, products and brands, product origin and authenticity, pricing and availability, shipping and fulfilment, returns and refunds, and required tax and regulatory information. Information must be updated whenever circumstances change. 3.2 Maintain Appropriate Seller Accounts Sellers must not create or operate multiple Gold Gini seller accounts to avoid restrictions, suspensions, investigations, or marketplace controls. Where multiple accounts are permitted for legitimate business reasons, each must follow Gold Gini's policies. 3.3 Do Not Manipulate the Marketplace Sellers must not manipulate reviews or ratings, create fake orders or transactions, use fake customer accounts, artificially increase views, clicks, or sales, manipulate search rankings or metrics, offer incentives for misleading reviews, or coordinate marketplace manipulation. 3.4 Fair Pricing Practices Sellers must establish prices independently and comply with competition and consumer-protection laws. Unlawful price fixing, price coordination, market allocation, and other anti-competitive conduct are prohibited. 3.5 Product Authenticity and Quality Sellers must ensure products are genuine, accurately described, and of acceptable quality. Counterfeit, misrepresented, materially different, intellectual-property-infringing, prohibited, restricted, unsafe, or legally non-compliant products must not be listed or sold. 3.6 Customer Communication Sellers must communicate professionally and honestly. They must not harass or threaten customers, move customers to unauthorised payment channels, request unnecessary sensitive information, send misleading communications, or use customer information for unauthorised marketing. 3.7 Order Fulfilment Sellers must fulfil orders accurately and within the communicated timeframe. They should maintain accurate inventory, ship the correct product and quantity, use appropriate packaging, provide accurate shipping information, and process cancellations, returns, and refunds according to Gold Gini policies. 3.8 Account Security Sellers must protect their credentials, use strong passwords, avoid unauthorised credential sharing, report suspected unauthorised access immediately, and ensure employees, representatives, and service providers follow Gold Gini security requirements.

The following activities may result in investigation, restriction, suspension, or termination of selling privileges: - Fraudulent transactions - Identity or business information misrepresentation - Counterfeit or unauthorised products - Review, rating, or marketplace manipulation - Circumvention of account restrictions - Abuse of customer information - Unlawful or deceptive business practices - Intellectual property infringement - Repeated failure to fulfil customer orders - Deliberate submission of inaccurate product information - Abuse or misuse of Gold Gini systems - Any activity that materially threatens marketplace security, integrity, or trust

Gold Gini may monitor seller activity to protect customers, sellers, and marketplace integrity. Where a seller violates these policies, Gold Gini may request information or documentation, remove or restrict listings, restrict selling features, temporarily suspend selling privileges, suspend or terminate an account, withhold or delay certain transactions where permitted by law and Gold Gini's terms, or take other appropriate action. The action may depend on the nature, severity, frequency, and impact of the violation.

By selling on Gold Gini, sellers acknowledge responsibility for understanding and complying with: 1. Gold Gini's selling policies 2. Gold Gini's seller terms and conditions 3. Product-specific requirements 4. Applicable consumer-protection laws 5. Applicable tax requirements 6. Product safety and regulatory requirements 7. Intellectual property laws 8. Data protection and privacy requirements 9. Additional policies communicated by Gold Gini Failure to comply may affect a seller's ability to continue selling on Gold Gini.

Sellers are expected to maintain good standing by providing accurate products, reliable fulfilment, professional customer service, and compliance with Gold Gini policies. If Gold Gini restricts or removes selling privileges, sellers must not circumvent the restriction by creating another account or using another person's account without authorisation. Gold Gini may update these policies and the seller code of conduct from time to time. Sellers are responsible for reviewing the latest version and ensuring continued compliance.
